Welcome to Kin, a collective group of entrepreneurs led by Brian Chua who are committed to using fundamental design principles to create a model for sustainable residential living. Established in 2017, Kin brings together years of experience to build homes that are more sustainable, more responsible, and have minimal ongoing energy costs. At the heart of Kin’s vision for sustainable homes is a focus on great design, comfort, and integrated technology – creating homes that are not only livable today, but also future-proofed for tomorrow. This forms part of Kin’s 10-year masterplan to reduce the impact of climate change through property.
